hi Chris I ordered my secrets of birthday november 12 1988 quite a while back ago. It seems my video which I had saved on a usb got corrupted. Seems the last 2 mins of the video which are one of the most important to me is being the lesson section of the video it has been corrupted. It gets frozen at that last section wondering if you can you help me by sending a new video or do I need to pay for a new one? I can give you my credit information and my full name if you require them in order to confirm I have ordered one novermber 12 1988 video from you. thank you.
