Thank you for posting that video! I've also been struggling with weight. I'm also learning that weight isn't just physical mass, it's also emotional baggage literally eating my emotions. I feel like I need to loose 100lbs, but then I'll just be bones since I'm petite, but 60bls is what I need to lose right now to be in my ideal weight. I've fluctuated over the years noticing its the mindset I had and the environment I was in.   Nonetheless thank you for posting this. It's so inspirational right now.  Congratulations to all your success and may you continue to visualize your perfect weight.

Good for you! So many young people now are over weight.As a part time PT trainer and former Mr.Illinos I understand where you are coming from.Keep up the good work!
