Scorpio's 12th House (weeds, unconsciousness, karma) = Lessons in Letting Go!!!

Happy LightCast Day, my fellow Scorpion!

So, this month we are working on Libra/12th House issues, which are associated with… the unconscious, self undoing, sacrifice, karma….and WEEDS!!!

I think of it as the other side of the house. The first house is “who I am, what I am” and the twelfth house is “what I am not”! It’s a time of acceptance and awareness…to focus on what is not working for us… self-undoing. It’s sorta like our time for liberation…exploring where we can find freedom from ego and karma.

Let’s raise our glass, give three cheers AND a hip-hip-hooray…. This is our time for LETTING GO!!!

In a house with weeds, unconsciousness and karma issues… there are few times where I can think it more important than now to stay inside of our hearts, in presence and in stillness; to differentiate between light and illusion, between spiritual growth and avoidance; conscious awareness and comatose oblivion.

“Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”

Before we can break free from the chains that hold us, we must meet them with a sense of openness and acceptance… and a willingness to let go of these chains that hold us back from realizing our full potential.

It goes without saying, but these chains are simply, our FEAR(s).

Sometimes, we experience a breakthrough when the pain of staying the same is worse than the pain of letting go… unconsciously we decide to change and move beyond what is causing the pain.

So, I see the 12th house as a CONSCIOUS opportunity to FREE ourselves from unconscious inherited debilitating fears… salvation and emancipation from our karma and past life energies!!!

And what is vital and, of the essence… is for us to hold steadfast to trust, faith and belief in the natural process and unfolding of life.

Basically, with awareness of “what we are not”, weeding our gardens in consciousness and letting go…we find ourselves, yet AGAIN, faced with the challenge to give up our sense of needing absolute, complete control over our life course, voyage, and providence.

“Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.”

This is the time for us to LightCast our potential…our union with the vast "collective unconscious" and the ancient wisdom we have accrued within us. Awareness is our greatest agent for our evolution and real, authentic, bona fide change.

What could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”

If, during moments of calamity and chaos, we can remain "quiet"... allowing ourselves to flow with the natural innate process and unfolding of life experiences … the questions we need answered and the doors we need opened… will.

So, are you saying "yes" to the present moment? What are you letting go? What are the Chains from which you are breaking free?

I dont know if i am 'cheating" or on the fast track to learning, HOWEVER, I am reading this a month later to see how to deal with 12th house issues, as I am going into my 12 house of karma, weeds and working on lightcasting tomorrow. I have no idea what to lightcast, as the 12 house is about release but I am protecting myself in this scorpio new moon coming up and moving forward with out guilt or fear. I am in the process of cutting off friendships, they have become unbearable, we work together and that will be phasing out at the end of the year. I need the work, but I dont need to be belittled and screamed at by so called boss lady friends who wield their power on me. I am simply not going to be afraid, and simply letting go, in my mind and heart and be in the integrity that I was born. Thanks for the great blog it will come in handy to me, better late than never!!!! xoxoxo

Spent much of my life unconciously under the control of my mind, unaware that my ego and fears were taking up the space for myheart to lead. As you remind us so well, that''s the secret...Let go and let God...seperating our minds thoughts and letting our heart lead. awareness that our operating system is our mind...is where our shift begins.
