Found a perfect theme song for controlling the dance party going on in our mind. Listen to this song and pretend your HEART is singing it to your HEAD.

When the Ego calls you with all that MIND chatter...your HEART says: STOP CALLING... I DONT WANT TO TALK ANYMORE... I SAID, STOP CALLING, I'M BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Ego, no one is home... my heart is on the dance floor.

We are busy.

Don't call back.

When our mind chatter gets so loud, we dont have enough space, quiet, peace to be able to hear our HEART. Our mind is like a jail, and if we allow and believe the facades of the ego... we become hostage and imprisoned.

Keep your Awareness of this mind chatter... and when you have these negative thoughts, the worries, doubts, guilt, lack-of's... throw them out...NO THANK YOU, YOU AREN'T WELCOME IN MY HOUSE ANYMORE. THOUGHTS, GET OUT OF HERE!!!

Affirm that LOVING YOU is the PRIORITY in EVERY situation. And in doing so, you will CO-CREATE with the DIVINE, the ALL THAT IS. When we consciously decide to let go, to let love and let God... We are willing to let a power greater than ourselves to direct our life.

Focus on loving you. Even if you dont believe it's true, "lie" to yourself and affirm how special, wonderful, beautiful, desirable, talented, and worthy you are of receiving love and giving love. With time, you will begin to believe all that you affirm. Re-program your operating system. Love YOU first, and everything else will fall into place.

You are Love...You are the energy of love and the world needs your light. You are beautiful and have so much to offer the Universe. The exterior world can tell you this all day, but nothing will change until you tell yourself and you believe how beautiful you are on the inside. It’s the energy of (self) love that determines our path to peace.

That's is absolutely what has happened to our society at large. The collective bobbing around trying to make sence of this world and we are searching with questions to explain the insanity.  All these efforts and talk about environmental reform, politiacal reform, fiscal monetary reform, medical reform, education reform, etc.

But the root cause of our problems... is that we are looking for the answers with our mind / heads. We are looking for science, technology, prescription drugs, campaigns to "fix" the nuerosis. Nothing will change until we STOP searching for the answers in the external world, and begin to accept and understand that the answers are within each of us. if we operate based on the guidance of our heart, and allow the HEART to be the CEO of our soul corporation...this is what will (and is) changing the world. I'm honored to have a seat at the table of the boardroom... and be part of the SHIFT!!!

STOP! STOP NOW! WAIT. LISTEN.

We have lost our place.

The heart had the answers all along.  But i dont think most people recognize the difference- that we have the voice of our mind and the voice of our heart.  The voice from our mind, if not under the direction of heart, becomes noisy chatter- most of the time based on the fears of the ego. A bunch of Fu*%-ing lies and facades. Worried abuot the past, scared about the future, caring about the judgements of others, guilt, lack of self-worth and esteem... blahblahblah. insanity.

but if we can just get to the point, individually and collectively, of deeply understanding that there is a difference between the voices, this is where the SHIFT begins. the voice of the heart is not loud and whining and impatient like the ego voice. NO, the voice from our heart is gentle, often it sounds like a whisper.   And what i love most about the HEART voice is that she is patient. When we are ready to listen and follow, she will be there waiting.

The voice of our heart has the answers. The mind doesnt. thats why its so important to remain vigilent about protecting our silence and stillness. Beause depending on how much noise we have going on in our life, this will impact the volume of our heart's voice. If its quiet in our world, the heart's whisper might not really be a whisper, after all. maybe we say its a whisper b/c our life is so LOUD with all the other CRAP and STUFF from the outer world that CLUTTERs our life.

I dont know if i'm making sense. But if we are caught in the hustle/bustle of the external world and we are operating in response to the ego's mind chatter, it makes it more difficult to hear our heart speaking to us.

My intention was to find balance and harmony in my life and for love to radiate to / from me. Well, what i realized during the manifestiation process, was how much space i needed for stillness, quietness and how important it is to be present and in the moment. i now understand how important it is for me to just be QUIET. Space for stillness, Its something i must protect and practice and remain vigilant.

I spent so much of my life trying to find balance by focusing on my external world. The first blog i wrote here was about exactly this subject of protecting our space for silence and stillness...quieting the mind, being present so that i can hear my heart. it sounds so simple, but its impact is profound- as it sounds like you deeply understand too.

She fasted and had a vision, it involved seeing children of the future with overly big heads, they were stuggling to hug and hold each other but couldn't because their heads were so big. they were bumping into each other when all they wanted was the comfort of holding each other, not being alone, being able to connect, but their heads kept getting in the way. along came a wood pecker and he helped them by deflating their heads and pecking their hearts so the awareness was brought back to the source. the healing woodpecker helped them, they became normal head sized and could then hold and love each other. namaste!
