boy am I getting *that* lesson full frontal face slam yesterday and today! The lesson is: that I'm NOT doing this all the time. I need to recenter and refocus back into my heart. My heart knows what it needs and makes good decisions but Dr. Tom always interjects with a well thought out argument!
