Hi I am so blessed to be The LOVE SHACK on Soul Nirvana. Each week I will discuss love and how we not only learn to love others but ourselves as well. I want you to ask questions and I will answer them on upcoming shows. Sometimes my shows will be humorous and we will play and have fun. So sign up and come in and let me help YOU get YOUR loving!

I have asked you who watch my shows to write out 3 things you love about yourself every day. I am hoping you are doing your writing because it is important to learn how to love yourself. We cannot truly love another person unless we love ourselves first. Why? Because when we don't love ourselves then the relationships we have with others will be based on NEED, not true love. I would love to hear what wonderful things you found out that you loved about yourself. If you'd like to share that would be wonderful.

I am posting videos of what I LOVE to do. One  has a waterfall in the background and I'm sure you cannot hear me, but if you look at the video and just love it, that will be enough.

I would love to know what you'd like to see on my videos.  It would be helpful if you'd tell me.  Love covers so much and is such a big subject.  So let me know what you'd like to see and hear.
