I am honored to Host "The Selina Ray Show" a Web Series for Body Mind & Spirit, work as an Integrative Coach, the "Shadow", and use social media The Wayshower blog to assist in raising consciousness. In my spare time, I work as an Executive Producer, developing and creating content for TV and the web.
My life has been dedicated and intentional towards developing and understanding myself more fully, giving me the opportunity to learn from some of the most amazing teachers available to us. Today, I continue to expand, explore and embrace this precious time we have and dedicate my life to be a contribution to others.
A mother of two beautiful children... A grown daughter, thriving as a chef in Chicago and a young son who continues to be a 'light' in my life! Blessings, the both of them!
As a child, I was fortunate to 'grow' up in Alaska and have earth/nature as my playground... Today, I enjoy the beauty of Southern California and spend time hiking in the local canyons and hanging at the beaches - yes, I have found some that are wonderfully quiet!
