We are in Scorp sun right now w/Full Moon approaching & a dash of Mercury rx starting to kiss us with the preliminaries of slow down/confusion. It's not just you. I have observed some very moody (particularly Cancer zodiacs, since they are moon energy) I have heard some pretty crazy stories from people the past few days about people doing/saying unusual things. So you aren't alone. Take it with a grain of salt right now. Everyone can be a little different at this time period depending on the person/chart. Edwards video below he explains it pretty well. You should check it out, probably will make sense to you :)
As for the rest. I really feel like a sunlamp may be something really beneficial for you. I have one myself, although I don't need it anymore. If you want mine let me know. In the past when I lived in Michigan it was dark most the year & some people it greatly effects. Perhaps check out this company called Barleans Fish Oil. That and b12 combined. I gave that to my mom & she's doing well with it. Tastes like a fruit smoothie now the way they made it. It will help up your Vitamin D your missing from the sun, plus raise your serotonin from the Omega 6/9 oils. They seem to work well in combination to deal with the lack of sun effect :) How were you in Arizona? Was that too much sun?
