I've heard that the Native American method of "smudging" is useful to banish evil spirits. Also, spreading salt around the perimeter of your home is supposed to keep them out.
I'd also suggest that by forgiving and unconditionally loving your enemies you may break the curse. Maybe you can give them a peace offering, and hope that it doesn't backfire.
You could also try talking to the people over at the group Healing Circle of Light. I hope that helps.
